LINDA SCHULMAN INNOVATION FUND

The Linda Schulman Innovation fund supports innovation in the field of English language learning. Small grants are awarded to teachers of English as a Second Language in K-12 and postsecondary programs.

About the
Linda Schulman Innovation Fund

After Linda Schulman's death on October 24, 2008, a group of her friends, along with her husband Charles, thought that supporting English language education would be the best way to honor Linda and keep her memory alive. In association with MATSOL (Massachusetts Association of Teachers of Speakers of Other Languages), they developed a small grants program, the Linda Schulman Innovation Fund. The Fund's mission is to fund creative projects proposed by English as a Second Language teachers. Click on Funded Projects to see what has happened since 2008. Donations to the Linda Schulman Innovation fund, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, are tax-deductible.
